Legal question needs answering?

Ordered Team Basketball uniforms that were customized. Used the businesses sizing chart and advice from sales person. When order arrived the uniforms did not fit. Owner is saying that it isn’t his fault but mine since I am the one that ordered them. However, using theri own sizing chart and his sales persons advice the uniforms were the correct size, but they did not fit our players. Having followed his charts and advice, I don’t feel that we should have to pay for something that was eventually wrong. Because the Uniforms were customized with numbers and names, No matter what happened, barring his fault we owe according to his policy. What kind of legal standing does he or I have. I would appreciate true legal advice please. thanks

Talk to an attorney. If you used his charts and his sales people advised you and you have records of this you might have a case. Contact him again and tell him he needs to straighten this out. If he still says no say no more and refer him to the Better Business Bureau. If you can locate any other dissatisfied customers you might have a little better leg to stand on.
